Common use of Notices Required Clause in Contracts

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; (ii) the hearings at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iii) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes Class shall be given a single notice of: (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings Proceeding as a class proceedings proceeding as against the Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; (ii) the hearings right to opt out of the Proceeding; (iii) the hearing at which the Courts Court will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iiiiv) if they are brought with the hearings hearing to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings hearing to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes Class shall be given notice of such event.

(1) The Class Counsel will give the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: : (ia) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; ; (iib) the dates of hearings at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; (c) the principal elements of the Settlement Agreement; and and (iiid) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to request the Courts to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

(2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Named Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; (ii) the hearings right to opt out of the Proceedings relating to Automotive Steel Tubes; (iii) the hearing(s) at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iiiiv) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

(2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Named Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; (ii) the hearings right to opt out of the Manual Steering Column Proceeding; (iii) the hearing(s) at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iiiiv) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: (i) the certification hearings at which the Courts will be asked to certify or authorization of authorize the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Settling Defendants for settlement purposesproceedings; (ii) the hearings at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iii) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.and/or a Distribution Protocol.‌ (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; (ii) the hearings right to opt out of the Steering Angle Sensors Proceeding; (iii) the hearing(s) at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iiiiv) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements. (2) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.

Notices Required. (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of: of (i) the certification or authorization of the Proceedings as class proceedings as against the Settling Defendants for settlement purposes; (ii) the hearings at which the Courts will be asked to certify or authorize the Proceedings as class proceedings and approve the Settlement Agreement; and (iiiii) if they are brought with the hearings to approve the Settlement Agreement, the hearings to approve Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel DisbursementsFees. (2) The proposed Settlement Classes shall also be given a notice of approval of the Settlement Agreement. (3) If this Settlement Agreement is not approved, is terminated, or otherwise fails to take effect, the proposed Settlement Classes shall be given notice of such event.
