Notices To Property Owners. MTS shall use its best efforts to notify the underlying property owners, as indicated on the most recent tax assessor’s rolls, and building occupants that a new transit shelter with or without advertising is proposed to be installed within 100 feet of their property in the public right-of-way prior to any transit shelter installation. Such notice will not be required if a shelter currently exists and is simply being replaced by a new shelter or bus bench unless it is significantly modified.

  • Communications and Written Notices 23.1. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address.   • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.

  • Use of State Facilities Resources and Equipment a. Meeting Space and Facilities. The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
