Notices to the Insurer. Insureds Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, all notices to the Insurer under any provision of this Policy will be in writing and given by email, prepaid express courier or certified mail properly addressed to the appropriate party. Notice to the Insurer pursuant to Section IV.(A) and IV.(C) will be sent to the address specified in Item L.(1) of the Declarations. All other notices to the Insurer required by this Policy or in connection with this Policy will be sent to the address specified in Item L.(2) of the Declarations.
