Common use of Notices Wiring Instructions Clause in Contracts

Notices Wiring Instructions. (a) Any notice permitted or required hereunder shall be in writing in English, and shall be sent (i) by personal, overnight delivery by a recognized courier or delivery service, or (ii) by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, (iii) by confirmed facsimile, or (iv) by e-mail, in each case addressed to the address and person(s) designated below their respective signature hereto (or to such other address as any such party may hereafter designate by written notice to the other parties). Notices to the Escrow Agent shall only be deemed given upon actual receipt by the Escrow Agent.
