Notification obligation. If the Consultant’s deliverables cannot be delivered as agreed, the Consultant shall give the Customer written notice thereof as soon as possible. The notice shall specify the reason for the problem and, insofar as it is possible, when performance can take place. A corresponding obligation shall apply if additional delays are to be expected after the first notice has been given.
