Common use of Notification of 75% of Total Contract Sum Clause in Contracts

Notification of 75% of Total Contract Sum. Contractor must maintain a system of record keeping that will allow Contractor to determine when it has incurred 75% of the total Contract Sum, including Pool Dollar expenditures, authorized under this Contract. Upon occurrence of this event, Contractor must send written notification to the Department at the address herein provided in Exhibit E1 (County’s Administration) to this Contract.
