Notification of a breach in connection with Personal Data. 6.1. The registrar shall inform Nominet by means of written notice as promptly as reasonably possible upon becoming aware of a security breach which accidentally or unlawfully leads to the destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access to the Personal Data processed by the registrar.
