Each employee shall be notified of their number of accrued and available sick days and paid personal days by paycheck stub where it is technologically possible within the system currently used by the Agency. If that is not possible, the Agency’s Human Resources Department shall provide employees a written statement of available sick days and paid personal days upon request of an employee.
