Notification of Amount of Union Dues. The amount or percentage rate of the union dues deductions and the remittance address of the Union shall be certified in writing to the Employer by the Union no later than sixty (60) days before the changes will become effective. Such changes are limited to not more than two (2) occurrences annually.
