Common use of Notification of an Event Clause in Contracts

Notification of an Event. If, any event occurs or any event known to Magnitude relating to or affecting Magnitude shall occur as a result of which (i) any provision of this Article "4" of this Agreement at that time shall include an untrue statement of a fact, or (ii) this Article "4" of this Agreement shall omit to state any fact necessary to make the statements herein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, Magnitude shall immediately notify Magnitude pursuant to Paragraph "C" of Article "10" of this Agreement.
