Notification of Availability. If on any date on which a Revolving Credit Loan denominated in a Committed Currency is requested to be made or continued, in the event that the Committed Currency requested or elected by the Borrower to be continued is not available to the Paying Agent, then the Paying Agent shall notify the Borrower no later than 4:00 p.m., three Business Days prior to the proposed Borrowing or proposed continuation.
