Notification of Banks. Promptly after receiving any notice under this Section 7.5, the Agent will forward a copy thereof to each of the Banks, together with copies of any certificates or other written information that accompanied such notice.

Each Bank shall, not later than 1:00 p.m. (Houston time) on the date specified for such Loan in such notice, make available to the Agent at the Agent's office, or at such account as the Agent shall designate, the amount of such Bank's portion of the Loan in immediately available funds.
