The Short-Term Advances Agent shall, promptly after receipt by it of a Utilisation Request and in any event no later than 2.00 p.m. (New York Time) on the fourth business day (or, in the case of Short-Term Advances the interest rate relating to which is to be expressed on the Absolute Basis 2.00 p.m. (New York Time) on the second business day) before the proposed Utilisation Date relating thereto, notify the Banks by telex of its receipt of such Utilisation Request specifying:
