Notification of Benefit. The District shall notify Educational Support Professionals who participate in the benefit of the number of sick leave days converted and the total dollar amount of the converted sick leave days. Such notification shall be made as follows: 1) If notice of the amount of benefit is determined by May 31st, the District shall notify participants by their District email. 2) If notice of the amount of benefit is determined after May 31st, the District shall notify participants by U.S. mail. 3) The District and the Union agree to periodically meet and confer to determine the most efficient and cost-effective means to notify participants.
