Notification of Benefits and Changes. The Employer shall provide each employee with a copy of the schedule of Health and Welfare Benefits as negotiated under this Agreement. New employees shall receive a copy of the schedule of Health and Welfare benefits together with the letter of appointment. There shall be no reduction in benefits during the life of this Agreement. The Employer shall notify the Union and the employees of changes as they become applicable.
