Notification of Conditions Requiring Repair. ‌ The Contractor shall give immediate notice to the Authorized User Representative of any apparent damage, defects or repairs required to the Lift Equipment covered under the resulting Mini-bid Project Definition. This notice shall consist of both verbal notification on the day of discovery and written notice within three days thereof. In addition, for any conditions the Contractor interprets to be excluded from Contract under Section 2.5 Work Not Included in Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Authorized User Representative, verbally on the day of discovery, and shall follow-up in writing no later than three (3) days thereof, informing of the existence or development of any defects in, or repairs required to, the Lift Equipment. The Authorized User reserves the right to solicit offers from, and have corrections or repairs made by, other sources for work outside the scope of the resulting contract(s).
