NOTIFICATION OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS OR DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS. a. BD and Associated Insurance Agency agree to notify ADLLC promptly of any verbal or written customer complaints or disciplinary proceedings against BD, Associated Insurance Agency or any Representatives or Agents relating to the Contracts or any threatened or filed arbitration action or civil litigation arising out of solicitation of the Contracts.
