Notification of Derogatory Material. At the time any performance-related material other than the evaluations is placed in the personnel file, the employee shall be notified in writing by Human Resources. The employee has the right to attach a written response to any performance-related material in the personnel file. In any event, the employee agrees to acknowledge by his/her signature that he/she has seen such material.
