Bargaining Unit Composition.
(a) The bargaining unit shall comprise all positions included in the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board, dated July 4, 1963, except as varied by any decision of the Labour Relations Board or by mutual agreement between the parties.
(b) When employees are hired, for employment not described within this Agreement, and said employees shall be within the unit as described in the certificate of bargaining authority issued to the Union, the classification, duties, wage rates and/or any other terms and/or conditions of employment shall be negotiated without delay. The new classifications, and/or duties and/or wage rages and/or terms and/or conditions of employment shall be added to this Agreement by amendment. If the parties are unable to agree, then the matter may be taken up under Articles 20 – Resolution of Grievances and Article 21 – Arbitration.
Bargaining Unit Composition. Under the provisions of the Oregon PECBA, the Lane Community College Education Association, affiliated with the Oregon Education Association and the National Education Association, has been recognized as the exclusive representative of faculty who work more than twenty percent (20%) of a full-time equivalent departmental workload(s) in a single term or who work or are projected to work twenty percent (20%) or more of an annual full-time equivalent departmental workload(s).
Bargaining Unit Composition. In the event the Employer establishes a new position covered by this collective agreement, the wage rate for the new position shall be established by the Employer and written notice shall be given to the Union. The wage rate shall be considered as agreed unless the Union objects to the proposed wage rate within twenty-one (21) days of notification.

(b) New positions established by the Commission shall be excluded from the bargaining unit unless mutually agreed otherwise. Any disagreement regarding the inclusion in or exclusion from the bargaining unit shall be referred to the appropriate body as designated by the relevant labour legislation.

For purposes of this MOU, the bargaining unit exclusively represented by the Union includes all full-time and regular part-time non-exempt administrative, clerical, and support employees, including probationary employees employed by UMBC whose classifications are incorporated into the formal Certification issued by the Maryland State Higher Education Labor Relations Board on February 22, 2002.

The Town recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining relative to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for all full-time Dispatchers, Records Clerks, and the Legal Clerk within the appropriate bargaining unit, employed by the Town of Goffstown as mandated by the New Hampshire Public Employee Labor Relations Board in Case No, G-0138- 3, Decision No. 2017-162.

In accordance with the recognition petition filed with the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board (IELRB), the bargaining unit shall include all employees except the following: bus drivers, administrators, or any supervisory, confidential or managerial employees as defined by the IELRA.
