Common use of Notification of disclosure Clause in Contracts

Notification of disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform us: 3.1 of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 2.2 above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 3.2 upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of disclosure. You We agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform usyou: 3.1 (a) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (ciii) of paragraph 2.2 2(b) above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 3.2 (b) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform us: 3.1 of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (c2.2(c) of paragraph 2.2 above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 3.2 upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform us: : 3.1 of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (c2.2(c) of paragraph 2.2 above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and and 3.2 upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

You We agree in relation to each Acquisition (whether completed or not), (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform usyou: 3.1 of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 2.2 above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 3.2 upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform us: 3.1 3.1. of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 2.2 above clause 2.2.3 except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory functionfunction and you are prevented by such any applicable law or regulation from advising us of such disclosure; and 3.2 3.2. upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.. 141

Notification of disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform us: 3.1 (a) of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (cb) of paragraph 2.2 2 above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 3.2 (b) upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.

Notification of disclosure. You agree (to the extent permitted by law and regulation) to inform usus promptly: 3.1 3.1. of the circumstances of any disclosure of Confidential Information made pursuant to sub-paragraph (c) of paragraph 2.2 A)2.2 above except where such disclosure is made to any of the persons referred to in that paragraph during the ordinary course of its supervisory or regulatory function; and 3.2 3.2. upon becoming aware that Confidential Information has been disclosed in breach of this letter.
