The Funds will notify USBFS of any balancing or control errors caused by USBFS upon the later to occur of: (i) ten (10) business days after receipt of any reports rendered by USBFS to the Funds; (ii) ten (10) business days after discovery of any error or omission not covered in the balancing or control procedure; or (iii) ten (10) business days after receiving notice from any Unitholder regarding any such balancing or control error.
