Common use of Notification of Investigations Clause in Contracts

Notification of Investigations. A faculty member and the UFE shall be notified of any investigation of his or her files, either electronic or paper, being conducted by the University or the University’s agent in a timely fashion, and in no case later than five (5) days from the beginning of such investigation. Such notification shall include a general description of the nature of the investigation. At the conclusion of the investigation, the employee and the UFE shall be notified of the results of the investigation.
