Notification of Issuance of Final Permit. The City, ACHD and the Developer shall jointly work to coordinate the issuance of permits for the Project. Upon the issuance of the first building permit necessary to commence the final construction of the Project (the complete shell and core permit or the "Final Permit"), the City and Developer shall notify ACHD and the ACHD Impact Fee shall be calculated as of the date of the issuance of the Final Permit.

  • Submission of Issues All issues for negotiations by the Association shall be submitted in writing at the first meeting and the Board shall submit in writing to the Association all of its issues for negotiations at the first meeting. No additional issues shall be submitted by either party following the designated meeting unless agreed by both parties.

  • Resolution of Issues In the event issues pertaining to a proposed TO/DO solicitation cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the CO, the CO reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the proposed TO/DO solicitation.   • Application of Insurance Proceeds Grantor shall promptly notify Lender of any loss or damage to the Collateral.
