Final permit definition

Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

Final permit means the version of an Oregon or LRAPA Title V Operating Permit issued by DEQ or LRAPA that has completed all review procedures required by OAR 340-218-0120 through 340-218-0240.

Final permit means the version of a Title V permit issued by the director for which all review procedures required by rule 3745-77-08 of the Administrative Code have been completed, or a Title V permit issued by the administrator pursuant to 40 CFR 70.8(C)(4).

Final permit means the version of an operating permit under this section issued by the Division that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 6, Section 3(d) and Section 3(e).
