Common use of Notification of Landlord Clause in Contracts

Notification of Landlord. Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord in writing of the presence of the following conditions: a. A water leak, excessive moisture or standing water inside the Premises. b. An overflow from bathroom, kitchen or laundry facility. c. A water leak, excessive moisture or standing water in any common area. d. Mold or mildew growth in or on the Premises that persists after the Tenant has tried several times to remove it with household cleaning solution such as Tilex Mildew Remover or Clorox, or a combination or water and bleach. e. A malfunction in any part of the heating, air-conditioning or ventilation system, including, but not limited to, bathroom and range fans in the Premises.
