Common use of Notification of Lessor Clause in Contracts

Notification of Lessor. Within five (5) Business Days after receipt by Lessee of notice or discovery by Lessee of any fact or circumstance which might result in a breach or violation of any covenant or agreement, Lessee shall notify Lessor in writing of such fact or circumstance; and
