Common use of Notification of New Employer Clause in Contracts

In the event that Employee leaves the employ of the Company, Employee hereby consents to notification by the Company to the new employer about Employee's rights and obligations under this Agreement. Employee shall hold Employer harmless from any liability arising out of said notification.
