Notification of Positions. The Corporation shall notify the Union in writing of any new or amended position engaged in the Public Health Department – Emergency Medical Service (EMS) save and except those management positions as provided for under Article 2.01. A meeting shall be held if requested by the Union to discuss employee group jurisdiction of any new position. If agreement cannot be reached, the matter shall proceed to Step 1 and the balance of the grievance procedure. For any bargaining unit position, it is understood that a change in job title alone shall not constitute a change in bargaining unit status.
