Common use of Notification of Rate Clause in Contracts

Notification of Rate. Agent, upon determining in accordance herewith the interest rate for any Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans for any Interest Period, shall promptly notify Borrower and the Lenders thereof. Such determination shall, absent demonstrable error and subject to SECTION 3.6, be final, conclusive and binding upon all parties hereto.

Notification of Rate. Administrative Agent, upon determining in accordance herewith the interest rate for any Borrowing Tranche of Eurodollar Loans for any Interest Period, shall promptly notify Borrower and the applicable Lenders thereof. Such determination shall, absent demonstrable manifest error and subject to SECTION 3.63.5, be final, conclusive and binding upon all parties hereto.

Such determination shall, absent demonstrable manifest error and subject to SECTION 3.6, be final, conclusive and binding upon all parties hereto.
