Common use of Notification of Receipt of Notices Clause in Contracts

Notification of Receipt of Notices. within 14 days after the receipt ---------------------------------- by the Company of any application, requirement, order or notice served or given by any public, local or any other authority with respect to all or any part of the Security Assets, give written notice thereof to the Security Agent and also (within 7 days after demand) produce the same or a copy thereof to the Security Agent and inform it of the steps taken or proposed to be taken to comply with any such requirement thereby made or implicit therein; and
