Common use of Notification of Relevant Event Clause in Contracts

Notification of Relevant Event. promptly inform the Lessor of any occurrence of which it becomes aware which would or is reasonably likely to adversely affect any Relevant Party's ability to perform its obligations under any of the Relevant Documents and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, will inform the Lessor of any Relevant Event promptly upon becoming aware thereof and will from time to time, if so requested by the Lessor where the Lessor has good reason to believe that a Termination Event may have occurred, confirm to the Lessor in writing that, save as otherwise stated in such confirmation, no Termination Event has occurred and is continuing;
