Common use of Notification of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Notification of Restrictions. The Broker shall notify the Transportation Provider in writing of any restriction to the use or disclosure of PI that EOHHS has agreed to in accord with 45 CFR §164.522, to the extent that such restriction may affect the Broker’s use or disclosure of PI under the Transportation Provider Subcontract.
