Common use of Notification of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Notification of Restrictions. 20.1 The Executive agrees that, in the event of the Executive receiving from any person an offer of employment (whether oral or in writing and whether accepted or not) either during the continuance of this Agreement or during the continuance in force of all or any of the restrictions set out in Clause 18 and Schedule 1 of this Agreement, without prejudice to the Executive’s obligations in relation to confidentiality, the Executive will provide to the person making the offer details of the substance of the restrictions contained in Clauses 18 and Schedule 1.
