Notification of Revocation. The Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any changes in, or revocation of, the permission by an individual to use or disclose his or her PHI, to the extent that such changes may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of PHI.

Notification of Revocation. Revocation of the authorisation of a UCITS shall be notified to the Board of Directors of the management company and grounds provided in writing. The Financial Supervisory Authority shall publish the notification in the Legal Gazette (I. Lögbirtingarblaðið) and advertise it in the media. If a management company markets the UCITS in another Member State, the Financial Supervisory Authority shall notify the competent supervisory authorities in the state concerned of the revocation.
