Common use of Notification of Unauthorized Use Clause in Contracts

Notification of Unauthorized Use. If either party learns of (a) any -------------------------------- unauthorized use in the Territory of Licensed Products, Documentation, Third Party Products, or AOL Services Content, or (b) any AOL Services Content in the Territory that violates an applicable AOL Service Subscriber agreement or the rights of any Content provider or other Person, or is otherwise unauthorized Restricted Content, such party shall promptly inform the other party. In such an event, Licensee, at its own expense, shall take such steps as Licensor may reasonably request, to protect the rights of Licensor, Licensee, their Affiliates, and such Content providers and other Persons. Licensor, at its own expense, shall provide Licensee with commercially reasonable assistance in protecting such rights of such Persons.
