Term of Order and Renewal. Each Order placed under this Agreement will be in effect for a period of one (1) year from the service start date of the Order unless otherwise agreed in the Order. Thereafter, unless the Agreement is terminated as provided herein, the Order(s) will automatically renew for the same period of time as the Subscription Period of the prior Order, unless either Party notifies the other Party in writing of its intent not to renew the applicable Order(s) at least thirty (30) days’ prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Period of such Order(s).
