Notification Timeline. Teachers placed on such leave shall receive notice by July 1st of the school year prior to the commencement of such leave with reasons thereof. A hearing will be provided as set forth in M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 14, if a written request for a hearing is received by the School Board within fourteen (14) calendar days after the teacher received notice of placement on unrequested leave of absence.
