Notification to Affected Teachers. The names of teachers whose contracts are suspended in a reduction in force will be placed on a recall list for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of the reduction. Retire/Rehire teachers who have been reduced as a result of B.8 are not eligible to be placed on the recall list. Teachers on the recall list will have the following rights:
