Notification to Certificateholders and Companion Holders. (a) Upon any resignation of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 6.04, any termination of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01, any appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 7.02 or the effectiveness of any designation of a new Special Servicer pursuant to Section 6.09, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, and to the Companion Holders.
