Common use of Notification to County Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Notification to County Superintendent. The Chief of Police or Station Commander will, at his or her discretion, notify the County Superintendent of Schools, or his or her designee. This notification will contain a recommendation on which additional schools should be notified by the County Superintendent’s office. The County Superintendent shall decide which, if any, additional schools to notify, and shall make the appropriate notifications.
