Common use of Notification to Executive County Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Notification to Executive County Superintendent. The Chief of Police or Station Commander will, at his or her discretion, notify the executive county superintendent of schools, or his or her designee. This notification will contain a recommendation on which additional schools should be notified by the executive county superintendent’s office. The executive county superintendent shall decide which, if any, additional schools to notify, and shall make the appropriate notifications.
