WAIVER AND EFFECTIVE DATE PJM requests that the Commission grant any and all waivers of the Commission’s rules and regulations necessary for acceptance of this filing and the enclosed Amended Service Agreements. Additionally, PJM requests a waiver of the Commission’s 60-day prior notice requirement to (i) allow the effective date of the Amended ISA to remain January 28, 2019; and
Term and Effective Date The initial term of this Contract will begin June 20, 2020, or on the date the Contract is fully signed by all Parties, whichever is later, and will expire December 1, 2023, consistent with the Master Agreement, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Exhibit B, Special Contract Conditions (Florida).
Execution of Agreement and Effective Date The Agreement shall become effective (i.e., final and binding) upon the date of signing of this Agreement and the CAP by the last signatory (Effective Date).
EFFECTIVE DATE AND NOTICE OF NONLIABILITY This Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable until it is approved and signed by the State Controller or its designee (hereinafter called the “Effective Date”), but shall be effective and enforceable thereafter in accordance with its provisions. The State shall not be liable to pay or reimburse Contractor for any performance hereunder or be bound by any provision hereof prior to the Effective Date.
Contract Effective Date This agreement becomes effective when signed by the last party whose signing makes the agreement fully executed.
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, this Contract shall continue through the Contract End Date. Required Confidentiality Claim Form This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. TIPS provides the required TIPS Confidentiality Claim Form in the "Attachments" section of this solicitation. Vendor must execute this form by either signing and waiving any confidentiality claim, or designating portions of Vendor's proposal confidential. If Vendor considers any portion of Vendor's proposal to be confidential and not subject to public disclosure pursuant to Chapter 552 Texas Gov’t Code or other law(s) and orders, Vendor must have identified the claimed confidential materials through proper execution of the Confidentiality Claim Form. If TIPS receives a public information act or similar request, any responsive documentation not deemed confidential by you in this manner will be automatically released. For Vendor documents deemed confidential by you in this manner, TIPS will follow procedures of controlling statute(s) regarding any claim of confidentiality and shall not be liable for any release of information required by law, including Attorney General determination and opinion. Notwithstanding any other Vendor designation of Vendor's proposal as confidential or proprietary, Vendor’s submission of this proposal constitutes Vendor’s agreement that proper execution of the required TIPS Confidentiality Claim Form is the only way to assert any portion of Vendor's proposal as confidential.
Effective Date and Term of Agreement This Agreement is effective and binding on the Company and Employee as of the date hereof; provided, however, that, subject to Section 2(d), the provisions of Sections 3 and 4 shall become operative only upon the Change in Control Date.
