Notification to Subsequent Employers. Executive grants the Company the right to notify any future employer or prospective employer of Executive concerning the existence of and terms of this Agreement and grants the Company the right to provide a copy of this Agreement to any such subsequent employer or prospective employer.
Notification to Subsequent Employers. Employee further acknowledges that in order to enforce his/her obligations under this Agreement, the Company may need to notify subsequent actual or potential employers of Employee’s obligations under this Agreement. Notification to Subsequent Employers. For the period of twenty-four (24) months immediately following the end of the Employee’s employment by Employer, Employee will inform each new employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of non-compete and confidentiality provisions contained in this Agreement and provide that employer with a copy of those provisions to the new employer. In addition, Employee hereby authorizes Employer to forward a copy of this Agreement or any portion of this Agreement to any actual or prospective new employer. 12.
