NOTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY. The Agency must inform the County immediately of any serious issue that has potential for media coverage or impact to services for ECEAP children or families. This includes, but is not limited to:
A. Child Protective Services (CPS) issues related to ECEAP children, families, staff and facilities; and
B. Changes that must be reported according to WAC 170-295-7070.
NOTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY. The Subrecipient must notify their Grant Manager and Lee County in writing via email or a VistaTRAK note that the project has reached 30% design completion.
