Staff and Facilities. 1. The Consultant shall designate a single point of contact with the Commission for all matters relating to this Agreement. This person shall be authorized to submit proposals for each Task Order Assignment and negotiate the cost for any and all Task Order Assignments requested of the Consultant. 2. The Consultant agrees that it will at all times employ, maintain and assign to the performance of this contract a sufficient number of competent and qualified professional, technical and other personnel adequate and sufficient for the prompt and satisfactory performance of this Agreement. 3. Any person employed in or assigned to the performance of work or services hereunder by the Consultant shall be removed from such work or services upon notice from the Commission’s Executive Director and/or his/her designee. 4. The Consultant shall not employ the Commission’s employees in the performance hereof. 5. The Consultant agrees that it will at all times cooperate and coordinate its work with the work and requirements of the Commission, its Executive Director and/or his/her designee and all other Commission personnel for the prompt performance of this Agreement.

Staff and Facilities. Subservicer will provide and supervise such well-trained and qualified personnel as are reasonably necessary to carry out Subservicer’s obligations under this Agreement.
Staff and Facilities. The provider will employ appropriately trained, qualified and where relevant, registered staff and ensure that such staff are enabled to develop skills and expertise relevant to the service. All staff must be subject to the local occupational health policy which adheres to best practice. Provision of clinical facilities, including operating theatres, at the time needed to deliver the service, is essential. The theatres will be provided with appropriate, agreed levels of staff with the required expertise and the necessary specialist equipment and other facilities. Provision, at the time needed, for post-operative care of patients in medical and/or psychiatric intensive care beds/ high dependency beds with adequate levels of skilled nursing staff in collaboration with surgical, medical and mental health staff. These services will be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per annum, for the duration of the service agreement. Patients receiving intensive treatment for OCD will have access to inpatient mental health facilities which are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The provider must adhere to the principles of HDL(2004)09 ‘Management of Intellectual Property in the NHS’ to ensure that there is effective management of Intellectual Property Rights which come into existence during the course of the performance of the Provider, with effect from the date of their creation.
