These services will be accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per annum, for the duration of the service agreement. Patients receiving intensive treatment for OCD will have access to inpatient mental health facilities which are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The provider must adhere to the principles of HDL(2004)09 ‘Management of Intellectual Property in the NHS’ to ensure that there is effective management of Intellectual Property Rights which come into existence during the course of the performance of the Provider, with effect from the date of their creation.
