Common use of Notification to the Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to the Noteholders. Any modification, waiver or authorisation in accordance with this Condition 12 shall be binding on the Noteholders and the Couponholders and shall be notified by the Issuer to the Noteholders as soon as practicable thereafter in accordance with Condition 15.
