NOTIFICATION TO UNION OF DISCHARGE/SUSPENSION. When an employee who has satisfactorily completed his/her probationary period of employment is discharged or suspended, both he/she and the Union shall be given written reasons for such discharge or suspension within five (5) working days of such discharge or suspension.
