Common use of Notifications and filings Clause in Contracts

Notifications and filings. The Issuing and Paying Agent shall (on behalf of the Issuer and the Guarantor LP) make all necessary notifications and filings as may be required from time to time in relation to the issue, purchase and redemption of Covered Bonds by all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines and, in particular but without limitation, those promulgated under the FSMA, in the case of Covered Bonds the proceeds of which are accepted by the Issuer in the United Kingdom.
