Notifications to Unsuccessful Job Applicants. (a) Any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. A written notification will be forwarded to the unsuccessful applicant. (b) The parties further agree that the above notification will be copied to the ONA Bargaining Unit President.
