Common use of Notify Change Clause in Contracts

Notify Change. Without prejudice to its obligations under Clause 8.1(c), the Master Issuer, Funding or the Mortgages Trustee will notify the Underwriters promptly of any change affecting any of its representations, warranties, covenants, agreements or indemnities in this Agreement at any time prior to payment being made to the Master Issuer on the Closing Date and will take such steps as may be reasonably requested by the Underwriters to remedy and/or publicize the same;
